钢筋混凝土的主要缺点是自重大、易开裂。掺入玻璃纤维后,自重可大大减轻,抗裂性可大大提高。因此为实现钢筋混凝土结构与构件的轻化、强化开辟了一条新路。用钢筋-玻璃纤维增强水泥(S-GRC)材料制造的温室骨架、接羔暖棚架、葡萄架、牧场网围栏立柱以及上下水管道检查井圈和盖板都比传统材料制品的性能优越,技术经济效益显著。S-GRC作为尾面刚性防水层也取得良好的效果。本文从理论上讨论了S-GRC材料性能与工作机理。提出了设计和制造S-GRC制品的方法的原则。
The main disadvantage of reinforced concrete is that it is heavy and easy to crack. After the glass fiber is incorporated, the self-weight can be greatly reduced and the crack resistance can be greatly improved. Therefore, it has opened up a new path for the realization of the lightening and strengthening of reinforced concrete structures and components. S-GRC materials made from steel-reinforced fiber reinforced cement (S-GRC) materials are superior to conventional material products in their greenhouse skeletons, lamberty scaffolds, grape vines, ranch net fence columns, and upper and lower water pipeline inspection wells and covers. Technical and economic benefits are significant. S-GRC has also achieved good results as a rigid waterproof layer on the rear surface. This paper discusses theoretically the performance and working mechanism of S-GRC materials. The principles of the method of designing and manufacturing S-GRC products are proposed.
