在有限维空间中利用不同阶次的多项式函数,利用最小二乘法拟合波纹度测量数据,得到高阶多项式曲线,通过比较测量数据与曲线的偏差波动获取曲面、曲线的波纹度数据。
The polynomial function of different order is used in finite dimensional space to fit the waviness measurement data by the least square method to get the high order polynomial curve. The waviness data of the curved surface and the curve are obtained by comparing the fluctuation of the measured data and the curve.
