血压是指流动着的血液对动脉血管壁的侧压力,主要包括收缩压、舒张压,也就是我们经常讲的“高压、低压”。偶然一次体检血压高,不能诊断为高血压病,可能与未充分休息、环境不安静或心情紧张等临时因素有关,必须去专科确诊是否患有高血压病,以非同日多次(二次或二次以上)重复血压测定所得的平均值为依据。日常注意事项1、饮食宜低盐饮食。食盐每天应控制在2~5克,不吸烟,不喝酒。2、选择对体力负担不大的运动,如慢跑、打拳、坐式气功等,也可按摩头面部,先两手搓热,反复按摩20~30次,促使血管平滑肌放松。3、定期检查血脂,控制高脂肪饮食,不吃动物的内脏食品,可常食用黑木耳、山楂等。肥胖者需控制体重。
