既往,高迁移率族蛋白B1被认为是典型的非组蛋白,参与核小体结构的构建及稳定,并参与基因转录及DNA重组、修复和复制。近些年的研究表明,在特定情况下,高迁移率族蛋白B1可释放于细胞外,发挥广泛的细胞学效应,同时发现,在几种重要疾病的发病过程中高迁移率族蛋白B1发挥了关键的作用,这些发现使其备受关注。本文拟就高迁移率族蛋白B1的基本特征及其广泛的生理作用与病理效应做一综述。
Previously, high mobility group protein B1 was considered to be a typical non-histone protein involved in the construction and stabilization of nucleosome structures and involved in gene transcription and DNA recombination, repair and replication. In recent years, studies have shown that under certain conditions, high mobility group protein B1 can be released in the extracellular and exert extensive cytological effects. At the same time, it was found that high mobility group protein B1 played a role in the pathogenesis of several important diseases The key role these discoveries have drawn their attention. This article intends to review the basic characteristics of high mobility group protein B1 and its wide range of physiological and pathological effects.
