在知识经济时代,人才资源已成为企业的第一资源,是企业可持续发展的根本保证。随着我国经济体制由计划经济逐步转向市场经济,我国的人才管理体制也从国家统一分配转向了人才适应市场。然而,许多具备丰富经验的中高层管理人员和具有专业技能的技术人员频繁流失,给企业带来了损失。导致人员流失的因素既包括企业因素,也包括个人因素。企业应采取相关政策措施开发人才,留住人才,以保证企业的可持续发展。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, human resources have become the first resource for enterprises and the fundamental guarantee for the sustainable development of enterprises. With the gradual shift of our economic system from a planned economy to a market economy, our country’s talent management system has shifted from a unified national allocation to a talented person to adapt to the market. However, the frequent loss of many experienced senior management personnel and technically skilled technicians has brought losses to the enterprise. The factors that lead to staff turnover include both business and personal factors. Enterprises should take the relevant policies and measures to develop talent, retain talent in order to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises.
