分别对286份和232份贵州稀有稻种禾类种质资源的芽期耐冷性和苗期抗旱性进行鉴定研究。结果表明,禾类资源中存在丰富的耐冷、抗旱基因。耐冷性鉴定表现中抗(5级)以上品种179份,占62.58%,其中1级高抗品种46份,占16.08%;抗旱性鉴定表现强(1级)的品种有35份,占15.09%,5级中抗以上品种104份,占鉴定数的44.82%;筛选出耐冷抗旱的双抗种质有9份。并就禾类资源的耐冷、抗旱等优异特性应用于水稻育种的有关问题进行了讨论。
The cold tolerance and seedling drought resistance of 286 and 232 Guizhou rare rice germplasms were studied respectively. The results showed that there are abundant gene of cold tolerance and drought resistance in grasses. Cold-tolerance identification showed that 179 varieties (62.58%) were resistant to more than Grade 5 (Grade 5), of which 46 were Grade 1 high-resistant, accounting for 16.08%, 35 were strong (Grade 1) , 104 were resistant to more than 5 varieties, accounting for 44.82% of the identified number; 9 strains of double-resistant germplasms were screened for resistance to cold and drought. The issues related to the application of the excellent characteristics such as cold tolerance and drought resistance of rice resources to rice breeding were also discussed.
