对不同变形程度的双向梯形夹芯复合板柱面对压成形过程进行了数值模拟与实验研究,分析了夹芯板曲面成形的变形特点、规律及主要成形缺陷。结果表明:在夹芯板柱面弯曲成形过程中,面板与芯板焊接区域的应力与变形明显小于面板及芯板的悬空区,上面板沿弯曲方向焊接区的应变只有悬空区的15.3%,等效应力只有76.2%;下面板焊接区的应变只有悬空区的11.6%,等效应力只有66.9%;夹芯的各胞元主要通过改变斜面与底面夹角来实现夹芯板的弯曲成形,并且胞元的变形主要集中在过渡曲面区域;夹芯板成形过程中的成形缺陷主要有凹陷、局部直面效应以及折皱三种形式,面板厚度与变形程度是影响成形缺陷的主要因素。通过成形实验检验了夹芯板成形柱面的成形效果,验证了数值模拟预测成形缺陷的正确性。
The forming process of two-way trapezoidal sandwich composite plate cylinder with different deformation degree was simulated and experimentally studied. The deformation characteristics, regularity and main forming defects of the sandwich plate curved surface were analyzed. The results show that during the bending process of the sandwich panel, the stress and deformation in the welding area between the panel and the core are obviously smaller than those in the panel and the core. The strain of the welding area in the bending direction of the panel is only 15.3% The equivalent stress is only 76.2%; the strain in the welding area of the lower panel is only 11.6% in the vacant area and the equivalent stress is only 66.9%; the various elements in the sandwich mainly realize the bending and forming of the sandwich panel by changing the included angle between the inclined surface and the bottom surface, And the deformation of the cell is mainly concentrated in the transitional curved surface area. The forming defects in the sandwich panel forming process mainly include three types of depression, local face-lift effect and wrinkling. The thickness and deformation of the panel are the main factors affecting the forming defects. Through the forming experiment, the forming effect of the forming surface of the sandwich panel was tested, and the correctness of numerical simulation to predict the forming defects was verified.
