高密度尤其是超高密度高温钻井液存在稳定性和流变性难以控制的技术难题,本文从胶体化学原理及微观流体力学的角度分析提出了高密度钻井液稳定性和流变性技术控制思路,通过对膨润土浆、重晶石粒度级配与自由水含量对钻井液流变性的影响进行实验研究,证明了严格控制膨润土用量,调整重晶石粒度分布对控制高密度钻井液稳定性和流变性具有一定的可行性。
