限速器和安全钳联动系统是电梯安全的重要保证,也是电梯得以推广应用的基础。限速器提供一定的钢丝绳提拉力,提拉安全钳,安全钳楔块夹住导轨,从而实现电梯断绳及超速保护。当限速器安全钳安装到电梯上后,工程中很难测量限速器钢丝绳提拉力。因此,限速器在出厂前,就应采用合理的测量方式,对限速器提拉力进行测定,以保证工程应用时,限速器可以正常联动安全钳。本文提出了三种出厂前测定限速器提拉力的方法:不带负载低速测定方法、带负载检修速测定方法、带负载高速测定方法。并从工程实际应用符合性、操作便利性、安全性三个角度对比,从而给出三种提拉力测试方法的应用建议。
Speed limiter and safety gear linkage system is an important guarantee for elevator safety, but also to promote the use of the elevator foundation. Speed limiter to provide a certain amount of wire rope pulling force, pulling safety gear, safety wedge clamp rail, in order to achieve the elevator rope and speeding protection. When the governor safety gear is mounted on an elevator, it is difficult to measure the pull-up force of the governor wire rope in the project. Therefore, the speed limiter in the factory, it should be a reasonable measurement, the speed limiter pull to determine the project to ensure that engineering applications, the governor can be normally linked safety gear. This paper presents three methods for determining the pulling force of the speed limiter before leaving the factory: the method of low speed without load, the method of speed with load and the method of high speed with load. And compared from the practical application of the project compliance, ease of operation, safety three angles, which gives the application of three pull test methods.
