(一) 前言我国的节约能源工作,已经提到重要的议事日程。铁路运输部门是在国民经济中耗能较多的部门之一,其节能潜力是很大的。目前各制造工厂、科研单位以及运用部门,为了节能已经或正在进行着大量的试验研究工作,如将预燃室式改为直接喷射式;调整配套参数提高部分负荷的经济性;实现柴油机空转时的单排供油以及降低空转转速等等。从而大大的促进了节能工作的开展。东风_4型内燃机车经过几年来的运用,在燃油系统中暴露出来的主要问题是喷油泵和喷油器燃油漏泄量较大,使机车用油指标增高,造成燃油的大量浪费。最近我们在理论分析的基础上对喷油泵柱塞偶件进行了改进试验,通过试验台及装机试验均取得了显著效果。现就喷油泵的漏泄问题的分析研究及试验工作作一介绍,为采取节能措施提供依据。

Recently, on the basis of theoretical analysis, we improved the test of fuel injection pump plunger, and achieved remarkable results through the test rig and the installed test. Now on the leakage of injection pump analysis and experimental work to make an introduction to provide the basis for energy-saving measures.
