由于光波在不同长度的波导中传输产生的相位延迟不同,特定的波导阵列可以对光波波阵面进行调制。理论推导发现三角形波导阵列可以实现聚焦,得出凸三角形波导阵列聚焦高度和焦深。利用时域有限差分法模拟了凸三角形波导阵列对光波的聚焦情况,通过比较发现模拟和理论推导结果非常吻合。同时模拟发现凹三角形波导阵列结构可以实现光的分束。
A particular waveguide array can modulate the optical wavefront due to the different phase delays experienced by the light waves traveling in different lengths of the waveguide. The theoretical deduction shows that the triangular waveguide array can achieve the focusing, and the convex triangular waveguide array focusing height and depth of focus can be obtained. The finite-difference time-domain method was used to simulate the light wave focusing of the triangular waveguide array. The simulation results agree well with the theoretical ones. At the same time, simulation shows that the concave triangular waveguide array structure can realize the beam splitting.
