目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)、上皮性钙黏蛋白(E-cad)在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及其与卵巢癌生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组化检测33例上皮性卵巢癌,例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤和10例卵巢正常组织中MMP-7、20E-cad的表达水平。结果 MMP-7在卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达明显高于正常组和良性组(P均﹤0.05);E-cad在卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率明显低于正常组和良性组(P均﹤0.05);MMP-7、E-cad的阳性表达与卵巢癌临床分期、组织分级和淋巴转移有关(P﹤0.05);在卵巢癌组织中MMP-7与E-cad无相关性(P﹥0.05)。结论 MMP-7及E-cad与卵巢癌的发生、发展和侵袭转移有关,是评估预后的有效指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-7 (MMP-7) and E-cadherin (E-cad) in ovarian epithelial carcinoma and its relationship with the biological behavior of ovarian cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MMP-7 and 20E-cad in 33 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer, benign epithelial ovarian tumor and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue. Results The positive expression of MMP-7 in ovarian cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal and benign groups (all P <0.05). The positive rate of E-cad in ovarian cancer was significantly lower than that in normal and benign groups <0.05). The positive expression of MMP-7 and E-cad was correlated with clinical stage, histological grade and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but no correlation between MMP-7 and E-cad in ovarian cancer (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of MMP-7 and E-cad is correlated with the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer and is an effective index to evaluate prognosis.
