以宁夏羊角椒雄性不育两用系为试材,对其可育系与不育系的叶片和不同发育时期花蕾的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和游离脯氨酸含量进行测定并比较分析,以了解宁夏羊角椒雄性不育两用系物质代谢的差别。结果表明:可育系的不同时期花蕾中与叶片的可溶性糖含量均明显高于不育系,小花蕾时期的可溶性糖含量最高,可溶性蛋白质含量差别不明显;随着花蕾的发育,不育系和可育系中的脯氨酸含量均逐渐增加,不育系花蕾和叶片中的脯氨酸含量明显低于可育系。说明宁夏羊角椒雄性不育系的营养代谢的缺陷是表现在整个植株的,而不是只表现在花粉的发育过程中。
