钛合金具有较高的综合优良性能,已经被广泛应用于航空航天制造、能源化工行业、医疗等领域,使用粉末冶金法进行钛制品生产,其材料的利用率高,且制作的成本较低、产品的质量高。粉末冶金法主要技术包括静压成形、温压成型以及高速压制等。文中主要对钛合金的近净形成工艺发展趋势和钛合金粉末冶金内润滑温压成型的优势与不足进行简单的论述。

In this paper, the development trend of near net formation of titanium alloy and the advantages and disadvantages of temperature and pressure molding of titanium alloy powder metallurgy are briefly discussed.
