在日常生活中有些中年人对其生理功能下降缺乏足够警惕,还总是“自我感觉良好”,甚至将青壮年时期爱好体育锻炼的习惯也丢掉了,结果健康水平下降,疾病滋生。因此,进入中年要坚持锻炼,以推迟衰老的进程。
