目的 建立了哥王中芫花素含量测定方法,为了哥王的质量评价提供依据.方法 采用HPLC法测定其芫花素的含量,色谱柱:Alltech ODS (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);流动相:甲醇-0.2%磷酸

目的 建立了哥王中芫花素含量测定方法,为了哥王的质量评价提供依据.方法 采用HPLC法测定其芫花素的含量,色谱柱:Alltech ODS (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);流动相:甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(体积比55:45);流速为1.0 ml.min-1;检测波长346 nm,柱温为35℃;进样量10 μl.结果 芫花素在0.24 -2.40 μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,其回归方程为Y=84069X+34.648,r=0.999 8.平均回收率为100.57%,RSD=1.7 6%(n=5).结论 该法具有操作简便准确,回收率好,精密度、重复性高,分析快速的优点,可作为了哥王药材的质量控制方法.
