节能降耗是企业的生存之本,而任何一套化工产品的储输,对装置节能降耗的水平起着举足轻重的作用。本文以自压输送原理为理论基础,采用回归分析法,分析迪那作业区处理厂内采用自压输送的产品所产生的经济效益。结果表明,液化气采用自压外输,节约电量约7.66万千瓦时/年。与此同时,自压外输能有效解决启泵外输过程中,能耗高、易结盐等症结。不仅节约了装置的能耗,还节约了大量的设备维修保养费用,产生了巨大的经济效益和社会效益,也为其他装置的产品储输提供了成功借鉴经验。
Energy saving is the survival of the enterprise, and any set of chemical products storage and transportation, the level of energy-saving equipment plays a decisive role. In this paper, based on the principle of self-pressure transmission theory, using regression analysis method, analysis of the economic benefits of the treatment plant using self-pressure transmission products in Dina work area. The results show that the use of self-pressure liquefied gas exports, saving about 76,600 kWh / year. At the same time, self-pressure transmission can effectively solve the pump start-up process, high energy consumption, easy to salt and other crux. Not only saving the energy consumption of the device, but also saving a large amount of equipment maintenance cost, generating huge economic and social benefits, and also providing successful reference for product storage and transportation of other devices.
