在中学阶段培养学生创新能力的尝试一直没有终止过,但现实效果并不明显。经过多年的教学实践,笔者认为要想有效地对学生进行创新能力的培养,必须在教师对创新的认识、学生创新兴趣的培养、课堂管理等方面做出努力。
Attempts to cultivate students’ ability to innovate in secondary school have never stopped, but the actual effect is not obvious. After years of teaching practice, I believe that in order to effectively train students’ innovative ability, teachers must make efforts in aspects of teachers’ understanding of innovation, students’ innovative interest and classroom management.
