为了获得绝热材料炭化层的微观结构信息,建立了炭化层三维孔隙结构的微米CT无损测试方法。采用微米CT对EPDM绝热材料炭化层进行了无损扫描,运用三维图像处理软件对炭化层的系列无损扫描图片进行了三维重建。针对发动机热试车后EPDM绝热材料炭化层试样,结合二维图像分析软件,研究了烧蚀方向上炭化层的孔隙结构特征。结果表明,过载烧蚀试验发动机中形成的EPDM绝热材料炭化层从表层向下呈现致密-疏松结构,炭化层的平均孔径和孔隙率都逐步增大。
In order to obtain the microstructure information of the carbonized layer of the thermal insulation material, a non-destructive testing method of the micron CT of the carbonized three-dimensional porous structure was established. A non-destructive scanning of the carbonized layer of the EPDM thermal insulation material was performed by using a micro-CT, and a series of non-destructive scanning images of the carbonized layer were three-dimensionally reconstructed using a three-dimensional image processing software. Aimed at the carbonized layer of EPDM insulation after engine warm test, the pore structure characteristics of carbonized layer in ablation direction were studied with two-dimensional image analysis software. The results show that the carbonized layer of EPDM insulation formed in the overload ablation test engine shows a dense-loose structure downward from the surface, and the average pore diameter and porosity of the carbonized layer are gradually increased.
