目的:评价连续高分辨率头颅超声(US)对高危早产儿脑瘫(CP)的预测作用。试验设计:2139例早产儿作为试验对象,其中1636例的胎龄(GA)≤32周(A组),503例的GA为33-36周(B组)。用7.5-MHz的探头在停经后孕龄40周时做一次头颅US检查,以后直到患儿出院以前每周做一次US。US异常的主要表现为
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the predictive value of continuous high-resolution head ultrasound (US) on cerebral palsy (CP) in high-risk preterm infants. DESIGN: 2139 preterm infants were enrolled in this study. Among them, 1636 had gestational age ≤32 weeks (group A) and 503 cases had 33-36 weeks (group B). A 7.5-MHz probe was used to perform a cranial US examination at 40 weeks of gestational age after the menopause and thereafter until the child was discharged from the hospital once a week. The main anomaly of US is
