本文测试了可冷墩大直径(M27)六角头螺栓的新钢种——35VB钢的断裂韧度和应力腐蚀开裂性能;采用了应力腐蚀开裂门槛值(K_(ISCC))估算公式,对35VB钢碳含量上下限的K_(ISCC)值进行了估算;文中对采用35VB钢制成的10.9级(1039~1235MN/m~2)M27高强螺栓,在潮湿空气中承受载荷≤34.5t时的安全性进行了分析及探讨。
