本文探讨将故障诊断学应用于石材加工设备,利用故障诊断理论,建立了一种双向切机的可实用于其故障诊断的故障树。并由此确定系统的最小割集、评估结构重要度。为进一步建立它的计算机辅助监视系统奠定了基础。
This paper discusses the application of fault diagnostics to stone processing equipment. Using fault diagnosis theory, a fault tree that can be used for fault diagnosis of a two-way cutter is established. And thus determine the minimum cut set of the system and assess the structural importance. It laid the foundation for the further establishment of its computer-aided surveillance system.
