本文介绍了美国超导磁悬浮列车(maglev)开发计划的现状。虽然美国磁悬浮列车的研制曾在1975年停顿过,但到80年代末期,由于美国运输系统日益拥挤以及其他方面的原因,磁悬浮技术再次引起政府的兴趣。1990年美国成立了国家磁悬浮列车创办团(NMI),由它组织了27个与磁悬浮技术和经济有关的研究课题,而且还安排了4项系统概念设计(SCD)任务。SCD的技术要求及SCD系统设计技术由贝克特尔(Bechte)公司、福斯特—米勒(Foster─Miller)股份有限公司、克拉曼(Grumman)航天公司以及马格尼普兰(Magneplane)垮国公司等承包,对此,本文也将加以评述。另外,本文还将介绍在NMI计划中所提出的磁悬浮列车样机的研制方案及图样。
This article presents the current status of the development of the maglev project in the United States. Although the development of the US maglev train was stopped in 1975, by the late 1980s, maglev technology once again attracted the government’s interest because of the growing congestion in the U.S. transportation system and other reasons. In 1990, the United States established the National Maglev Coach (NMI), which organized 27 research projects related to magnetic levitation technology and economy. It also arranged 4 tasks of system conceptual design (SCD). SCD’s technical requirements and SCD system design technology were beaten down by Bechte, Foster-Miller, Grumman and Magneplane Companies and other contracting, this article will also be reviewed. In addition, this article will also introduce the NMI plan proposed magnetic levitation prototype development plans and drawings.
