Compressor impeller processing, the actual leaf type and theoretical leaf height height is the compressor impeller to meet the design requirements of the product premise. With the goal of high efficiency, high precision and high strength, the key process of five-axis NC machining of the compressor impeller is discussed in depth, which involves the geometric modeling of the compressor impeller and the optimization of the tool path. The research will provide an effective method for high efficiency and precision five-axis NC machining of the compressor impeller.
