高速公路局部路面维修频率增加,使得施工中的交通组织优化很有必要,以保障道路的正常通行与行车安全。从交通安全管理的角度,运用车流波动理论分析交通流三参数的变化,得到分级限速的临界交通量;同时运用分级限速理论对车流平缓降低速度,顺利通过道路施工路段进行了研究,得出减速过渡段一般最小长度及极限最小长度。同时将相关结论运用于广惠高速公路局部路面维修工程的交通组织优化。
