Proposed a new fair trade agreement that allowed two parties, who did not trust each other, to exchange digital signatures fairly on the Internet. This Agreement is based on Offline Trusted Third Parties (TTPs) and TTP is not involved in the transaction unless either party fails to comply with the agreement or system fails. This agreement uses the designated validator’s signature for fair dealing, which greatly increases the efficiency of the agreement. Combining a given validator commitment with a normal Schnorr signature gives an efficient scheme for specifying validator signatures. Also analyzed the security of this agreement, to ensure the fairness of the agreement.
