目的了解2008年珠海地区流行的H1N1亚型流感病毒血凝素重链区HA1基因特征。方法按照时间不同选取7株2008年珠海市分离到的H1N1亚型流感毒株,选取的毒株进行血凝素HA1片段序列测定并推导出其氨基酸序列进行基因进化特性分析。结果H1N1亚型流感毒株为珠海市2008年的优势株,与该年WHO推荐疫苗株比较有多个氨基酸发生了替换,造成抗原性发生一定的变化。结论2008年根据WHO疫苗推荐株生产的疫苗对该年珠海市H1N1亚型流感预防效果并不理想,导致2008年珠海市H1N1亚型的流行强度增加。
Objective To understand the HA1 gene characteristic of hemagglutinin heavy chain region of pandemic H1N1 influenza virus in Zhuhai in 2008. Methods Seven strains of H1N1 subtype influenza isolated from Zhuhai in 2008 were selected according to the different time. The selected strains were sequenced and the amino acid sequence of HA1 fragment was deduced. Results The H1N1 subtype influenza strain was the predominant strain in Zhuhai city in 2008. Compared with the WHO recommended vaccine strain in that year, several amino acids were replaced, resulting in some changes in antigenicity. CONCLUSION: The vaccine produced in 2008 according to the WHO vaccine recommendation strains is not satisfactory for the prevention of H1N1 influenza in Zhuhai City in that year, resulting in the increase of epidemic intensity of H1N1 subtype in Zhuhai in 2008.
