为了得到最佳DEAP(介电型电活性聚合物)变形量,用正交试验法综合分析了电场强度、预拉伸率、柔性电极厚度、预拉伸后放置时间、柔性电极填充粒子五个因素对DEAP应变响应产生的影响,同时对各因素的显著性进行了数量对比分析.研究结果推导出各因素对DEAP变形量的影响大小,顺序依次为电场强度、柔性电极填充粒子、预拉伸后放置时间、预拉伸率、柔性电极厚度,确定了最佳制备参数,并指出在最佳制备参数的条件下制得的DEAP变形量为221.3%.
In order to get the best deformation of DEAP (dielectric active polymer), the electric field strength, pre-stretch rate, thickness of flexible electrode, placement time after pre-stretching were comprehensively analyzed by orthogonal test. Factor on the response of DEAP strain, and quantitative analysis of the significance of each factor was carried out.The results of the study deduced the impact of various factors on the amount of DEAP deformation, followed by electric field strength, flexible electrode filled particles, pre-stretch The time of pre-setting, the pre-stretching rate and the thickness of the flexible electrode, the optimal preparation parameters were determined and the DEAP deformation was 221.3% under the optimal preparation parameters.
