This paper introduces a design scheme of toilet leakage test system, the whole system mainly consists of pneumatic system, PLC control system and HMI three parts. Pneumatic system for the implementing agencies, PLC as the main control center, HMI is responsible for real-time monitoring. With the pressure sensor and 12-bit conversion module to detect the degree of vacuum, high accuracy; state transfer diagram design of the main program, intuitive and simple. Through the HMI to set and display the relevant production data, and the design of statistical reporting capabilities, enterprises can accurately grasp the specific circumstances of the product.
