座便器漏水检验装置是陶瓷卫生洁具检验中非常关键的设备。本文介绍了一种座便器漏水检验系统的设计方案,整个系统主要由气动系统、PLC控制系统和HMI三部分组成。气动系统为执行机构,PLC为主控核心,HMI负责进行实时监控。用压力传感器和12位转换模块检测真空度,精确度较高;用状态转移图设计主程序,直观简单。通过HMI设定和显示相关生产数据,且设计了统计报表功能,企业可及时准确掌握产品的具体情况。 Toilet leakage test device is sanitary ware inspection of ceramic is very crucial equipment. This paper introduces a design scheme of toilet leakage test system, the whole system mainly consists of pneumatic system, PLC control system and HMI three parts. Pneumatic system for the implementing agencies, PLC as the main control center, HMI is responsible for real-time monitoring. With the pressure sensor and 12-bit conversion module to detect the degree of vacuum, high accuracy; state transfer diagram design of the main program, intuitive and simple. Through the HMI to set and display the relevant production data, and the design of statistical reporting capabilities, enterprises can accurately grasp the specific circumstances of the product.
