体操教学过程中,对学生的力量、柔韧、灵敏等身体素质和心理素质要求很高,由于在体操教学中存在有不定因素和学生在学习过程中的一些因素,使学生在学习的过程中容易产生心理障碍,不利于学生掌握体操动作,也在一定程度上影响了体操教学秩序顺利的开展。针对这一问题,本文分析了学生在体操学习的过程中,产生心理障碍的原因并采取相应的对策,以助于体操课的教学质量的提高,便于体操课的顺利开展。
