在豚鼠离体支气管肺灌流系统及兔胸主动脉淋浴灌流系统中10mA电解克氏液2min,支气管肺灌注压显著增高(p<0.01),组织胺反应性明显增强(p<0.01),兔胸主动脉乙酰胆碱诱导内皮细胞释放的内皮衍生松弛因子明显减少(p<0.01),而羟自由基清除剂显著性抑制电解性氧自由基的作用。结果提示氧自由基可诱发离体肺收缩及支气管高反应性产生。
The bronchial lung perfusion pressure was significantly increased (p <0.01) and the histamine reactivity was significantly increased (p <0.01) in guinea pig isolated bronchial-pulmonary perfusion system and rabbit thoracic aortic shower perfusion system at 2 mA for 10 min. Aortic acetylcholine-induced endothelial-derived relaxation factor was significantly reduced (p <0.01), while hydroxyl radical scavengers significantly inhibited the role of electrolytic oxygen free radicals. The results suggest that oxygen free radicals can induce isolated lung contraction and bronchial hyperreactivity.
