建立了以纳滤浓缩为核心的海带化工甘露醇提取新型工艺路线。综合比较了不同截留相对分子质量(MmCO)超滤膜对提碘废水净化效果,MmCO为10×103的超滤膜经济适用性为优,但MmCO为3.5×103的超滤膜截留效果综合性能更好;验证了DK和DL2种型号纳滤膜对提碘废水中甘露醇的截留浓缩效果,结果表明,2者均可对甘露醇进行有效浓缩,甘露醇的质量分数可由1%左右达到9.8%以上,DL膜处理通量比DK高约15%以上,经济适用性更佳。中试实验结果表明纳滤浓缩技术可以对料液进行有效浓缩处理,浓缩后甘露醇的质量分数可达7.5%,工艺运行成本较传统甘露醇提取工艺降低44.4%。
