1.液压鼓式制动器原理部分国产1~7t叉车前轮采用的液压鼓式制动器,主要由制动踏板1、制动总泵2、制动油管3、制动分泵4、制动蹄片5、制动鼓6、制动液储存罐7等组成,如附图所示。当踏下制动踏板1时,制动总泵2内的活塞向左运动,在活塞作用下,具有压力的制动液通过左、右制动油管3分别进入左、右车轮制动器内部的制动分泵4。制动分泵4内的活塞伸出,推动制动蹄片5外张,压紧制动鼓6,从而实现制动作用。制动液储存罐7的作用是为制动
