“十三五”期间,湖北电网将大幅度增加中低压配电网投资。中低压配电网建设金额巨大,投资项目类别较多,传统的项目决策方式较难完成科学有效的决策,容易造成盲目投资和资金浪费。文章介绍了一种新型的配网项目库管理系统,运用该系统进行配网项目后评价,可以对配电网数据进行全面收集、整合、管理及分析,从而得出客观的结论。 During the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period, Hubei Power Grid will substantially increase investment in low- and medium-voltage distribution networks. The construction of medium- and low-voltage distribution networks is huge, and there are many types of investment projects. It is difficult for traditional project decision-making methods to complete scientific and effective decision-making, which may easily lead to blind investment and waste of funds. The article introduces a new type of distribution network project library management system. Using this system to perform post-evaluation of distribution network projects, it is possible to comprehensively collect, integrate, manage, and analyze distribution network data, so as to arrive at objective conclusions.
