化归,就是通过转化把未知要解决的问题归结为已知的、已解决的问题。用一个公式表示为AC→B,即通过某种方法C,把一个要解的问题A,转化为已知的问题B,这种转化就是化归。化归能化难为易,化未知为已知,化复杂为简单,是行之有效的解题策略。可以说,解题的基本思路就是化归。除了较简单的问题,几乎所有的数学问题都要经过一次或几次化归才能解决。因此掌握化归的方法技巧,是解决问题的关键。
