薄层砂浆砌筑墙体灰缝厚度低至3~5mm,能有效降低灰缝带来的能量损失,与蒸压加气混凝土自保温砌块配套使用能真正实现墙体自保温功能,而且还可以节省原料使用。文章借助正交实验方法研究了不同因素对砂浆收缩率、压折比及黏结强度的影响,为自保温墙体用薄层砂浆配方研究提供理论依据。结果表明:胶砂比对砂浆各性能影响程度均较高,且随龄期增长,影响更明显,而外加剂的加入对砂浆压折比和黏结强度均有积极意义。

In this paper, the influences of different factors on mortar shrinkage, compression ratio and bond strength were studied by means of orthogonal experimental method, which provided a theoretical basis for the study of thin mortar formula for self-insulation wall. The results show that the influence of mortar ratio on mortar properties is high, and the effect is more obvious with the increase of age. Additives are positive for mortar compression ratio and bond strength.
