用“Y”形嗅觉仪、风洞等方法研究松阿扁叶蜂成虫对不同树种的选择行为。结果表明:该蜂对油松、赤松选择性最强,选择率达65%以上,其次为黑松、华山松,选择率达60%以上,与林间实际发生状况一致。对不同颜色的选择性差异较大,明显趋向于绿色,雌、雄选择率分别为50%、52%;而对黄、红、粉红色选择较少,均在20%以下。不同光照(红、黄白炽灯、荧光灯、自然光)对松阿扁叶蜂的寄主选择影响不大。雌成虫的存在与否对雄成虫的选择性有较大影响,雄成虫明显趋向于有雌成虫存在的树种。
Using “Y” shape olfactometer, wind tunnel and other methods to study the selection behavior of different species of adult pine leaf bee Apis mellifera. The results showed that the selectivities of P. tabulaeformis and A. japonicus were the highest, with the selectivity of over 65%, followed by that of Pinus thunbergii and Pinus armandii. The selection rate was over 60%, which was consistent with the actual occurrence in the forest. The selectivity to different colors is quite different, and it is clear that the green, female and male selectivities are 50% and 52% respectively, while the choices for yellow, red and pink are less, all below 20%. Different light (red, yellow incandescent, fluorescent, natural light) has little effect on the host selection of the pine leaf bee. The presence or absence of adult female adults have a greater impact on the selectivity of male adults, adult male adults tend to have the presence of adult species.
