通过对高压开关壳体用低温钢16MnDR+16MnDR和6MnDR+1Cr18Ni9手弧焊的焊接性能研究,获得了这两种接头形式的焊接材料和焊接规范,并成功地应用到实际焊接结构生产中.另外对这两种接头形式的焊缝金属成分和组织以及抗裂性能进行了研究.
Through the study on the welding performance of 16MnDR + 16MnDR and 6MnDR + 1Cr18Ni9 hand arc welding of low-temperature steel for high-voltage switchgear, the welding materials and welding specifications of the two kinds of joints were obtained and successfully applied to the actual welding structure production. In addition, the weld metal composition and microstructure of the two joints and the crack resistance were studied.
