利用DHR9401落锤式冲击试验机完成了6组、3种工况的不锈钢圆管-混凝土-钢管组合构件的侧向撞击试验。试验中记录了冲击力时程曲线,并获得了试件的整体残余变形和破坏模式。试验结果表明:随着冲击高度的增大,试件的冲击力平台值、冲击时间增大,整体变形及局部变形增大;随着空心率的增大,试件平台段趋于不稳定,峰值段逐渐消失,抗冲击性能下降。在试验研究的基础上,采用ABAQUS建立了其有限元分析模型。与试验结果的对比分析表明,采用文中建立的有限元分析模型所得计算结果与试验结果具有良好的一致性。
Using DHR9401 drop-hammer impact testing machine, six groups of stainless steel pipe-concrete-steel pipe composite members were tested in lateral impact test. The impact time history curve was recorded and the overall residual deformation and failure modes of the specimen were obtained. The experimental results show that with the increase of impact height, the impact plateau value and impact time increase, the overall deformation and local deformation increase. With the increase of the hollow rate, the plateau section tends to be unstable, Peak segments gradually disappear, impact resistance decreased. Based on the experimental study, the finite element analysis model was established by ABAQUS. The comparison with the experimental results shows that the calculated results obtained by using the finite element analysis model established in this paper are in good agreement with the experimental results.
