研究了采用前期复吹和全程复吹工艺吹炼取向硅钢及配入废钢对冶炼过程成份变化和冶金效果的影响。结果表明:采用前期复吹、后期纯顶吹工艺有利于减少吹损、提高成份命中率,而配入废钢使前期 C、Mn、Fe 氧化滞后,P、S 氧化提前,但对终点控制无不利影响。同时明确,第一次放渣时间应选择在开吹后450~500sec 之间,钢中[C]含量应控制在260~280×10~(-2)%范围,导出吹炼前期[C]与顶吹供氧量的关系为:[C]={3.475-1.8lin[O_2×10~(-3)]}%
The effects of blowing and orienting silicon steel and blending scrap on the composition change and metallurgical effect of the smelting process by using the pre-blowing and full blowing process were studied. The results showed that the use of pre-blowing and post-blowing was beneficial to reduce blow loss and increase the hit rate of the components. However, when scrap was used, oxidation of C, Mn and Fe was delayed and P and S were oxidized earlier, but no adverse effects on endpoint control influences.
