山西某矿10#煤泥岩顶板受上部采空区积水影响,10#+11#煤联合巷道部分在掘时出现顶板淋水崩解、严重冒顶现象。由于围岩的软化破碎和水对锚固的损伤,致使常规支护手段失效,为此在掘进前对巷道顶板围岩进行取芯勘探,若发现围岩有突水软化迹象,则对巷道顶板采取超前预注浆加固。通过对注浆孔布置、注浆参数、注浆工艺等进行理论分析和工业实践,再对堵水效果、围岩物理特性和位移量进行分析对比,结果表明,对遇水软化的泥岩顶板进行超前预注浆加固,可有效地堵截水源,加固泥岩顶板,提高围岩的整体稳定性,保证巷道安全快速掘进。
The roof of a # 10 coal seam mudstone in a mine in Shanxi Province is affected by the water accumulation in the upper goaf. When the roadway of No.10 + 11 # coal is under excavation, roof roof water disintegration and serious roof fall occur.
