目的探讨逆行颏下动脉岛状肌皮瓣同期修复腭部恶性肿瘤术后缺损的效果。方法2005年1月～2007年1月,采用逆行颏下动脉岛状皮瓣对8例腭部恶性肿瘤术后腭部缺损进行同期修复,皮瓣最小5cm×3cm,最大8cm×4cm。结果8例患者术后皮瓣完全存活,术后随访1年,未发现复发和转移,全部皮瓣形态质地良好,腭部形态满意。结论逆行颏下动脉岛状皮瓣具有可靠血供,操作简便安全,适合同期修复腭部恶性肿瘤术后缺损。
Objective To investigate the effect of retrograde subtalar arterial island myocutaneous flaps in the repair of defects in the orbital malignancies. Methods From January 2005 to January 2007, retrograde infrapatellar artery island flaps were used to repair the postoperative ankle defects in 8 patients with axillary malignancies. The flaps were 5 cm×3 cm in length and 8 cm×4 cm in length. Results Eight flaps survived completely. After follow-up for one year, no recurrence or metastasis was found. All the flaps had good texture and awkward morphology. Conclusion The retrograde inferior iliac arterial island flap has reliable blood supply and is simple and safe to operate. It is suitable for repairing the defect of the malignant tumor of the orbital axillary during the same period.
