目的探讨有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭患者机械通气后,采用力月西镇静治疗,观察镇静效果Ramsay镇静评分达2～4级时,动态监测给药前、后和停药时患者呼吸、循环参数的变化,并进行比较,且评价护士和患者家属满意程度。结果力月西镇静治疗起效快,用药后患者烦躁程度、呼吸频率、血压、心率、血氧饱和度有明显改善(P<0.05),减轻护士和患者家属护理患者的劳动强度。结论力月西可作为有机磷农药中毒机械通气患者理想镇静剂,应根据患者病情变化调整药物用量和用药时间。
Objective To investigate the effect of Lixivudine on patients with respiratory failure due to organophosphorus pesticide poisoning after mechanical ventilation and to observe the sedation effect of Ramsay sedation grade 2 to 4 and to dynamically monitor respiration and circulation parameters before, during and after drug withdrawal Change, and compare, and evaluate the satisfaction of nurses and their families. Results Liurixi sedative treatment achieved rapid onset. The degree of irritability, respiratory rate, blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation were significantly improved after treatment (P <0.05), and the labor intensity of nurses and their relatives was relieved. Conclusion Li Yue West can be used as an ideal organophosphate pesticide poisoning patients with mechanical ventilation, the patient’s condition should be adjusted according to the amount of medication and medication time.
