将退役装甲车辆改装为靶车,为解决人身安全问题,需实现车辆的遥控操纵。为适应转向制动的电控要求,分析该型装甲车辆二级行星转向机的工作原理和操作方式,在保持该型装甲车辆传动系统不变的情况下设计电控气动转向制动操纵系统,并分析电控气动系统的工作原理,简述关键元件的确定原则。在此基础上对实车进行改造和试验,并与原车辆操纵装置进行比较,结果表明,改进后的电控气动转向制动操纵系统能够较好地满足高速履带车辆行驶的转向、制动要求。
The retired armored vehicles converted into target vehicles, in order to solve personal safety issues, the need to achieve remote control of the vehicle. In order to meet the electronic control requirements of steering brake, the working principle and operation mode of this type of armored vehicle two-stage planetary steering machine are analyzed. The electronically controlled pneumatic steering brake control system is designed under the condition of keeping the transmission system of the armored vehicle unchanged. And analyze the working principle of electronically controlled pneumatic system, briefly describe the principle of determining the key components. On this basis, the actual vehicle was modified and tested, and compared with the original vehicle control device. The results show that the improved electronically controlled pneumatic steering brake control system can better meet the steering and braking requirements of high-speed tracked vehicles .
