目的评价黑大蒜水提物与头孢哌酮联合应用对铜绿假单胞菌的体外抗菌效应。方法采用液体稀释法测定黑大蒜水提物对铜绿假单胞菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。按照棋盘法设计,采用微量肉汤稀释法测定黑大蒜水提物与头孢哌酮联用对铜绿假单胞菌的MIC,并计算部分抑菌浓度(FIC指数)。测定黑大蒜水提物对铜绿假单胞菌的时间-杀菌曲线。结果黑大蒜水提物对铜绿假单胞菌的MIC为256μg/m L。时间-杀菌曲线结果显示黑大蒜水提物对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌作用呈现较强的浓度依赖性。黑大蒜水提物与头孢哌酮联用后对铜绿假单胞菌的FIC指数为0.5。结论黑大蒜水提物与头孢哌酮联合应用,可明显降低抗生素对铜绿假单胞菌的MIC,表现为协同效应。
Objective To evaluate the in vitro antibacterial effect of the combination of black garlic water extract with cefoperazone on Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of black garlic water extract against Pseudomonas aeruginosa was determined by liquid dilution method. According to the checkerboard design, MIC of aqueous extract of black garlic and cefoperazone was determined by micro broth dilution method and the partial inhibitory concentration (FIC index) was calculated. Determination of black garlic water extract of Pseudomonas aeruginosa time - sterilization curve. Results The MIC of aqueous extract of black garlic against Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 256 μg / m L. Time - bactericidal curve results showed that the water extract of black garlic on Pseudomonas aeruginosa antibacterial effect showed a strong concentration-dependent. The FIC index of Pseudomonas aeruginosa with black garlic water extract combined with cefoperazone was 0.5. Conclusion The combination of black garlic water extract with cefoperazone can significantly reduce the MIC of antibiotics to Pseudomonas aeruginosa, showing a synergistic effect.
