Incentives are an important part of human resource management. Effective incentive mechanism can inspire staff’s potential and enthusiasm, improve work efficiency and enhance the combat effectiveness of enterprises. This can better stabilize the company’s internal environment, to attract and retain talent in the field. Therefore, it is very important to establish and use a relatively efficient incentive mechanism in the process of enterprise human resource management.
