目的调查新资源食品的食用情况,并对其社会文化影响因素进行研究探讨。方法对776名消费者的问卷调查、6家北京新资源食品生产厂家实地调研和卫生部新资源食品专家访谈,采用Excel、SPSS17.0专业统计软件对收集到的数据进行统计分析。结果影响新资源食品食用人群、食用量的社会文化影响因素有消费者自身因素、生产厂家因素、政府政策因素、舆论导向。结论提出目前新资源食品发展中存在的问题和解决方式,推动新资源食品的健康稳定发展。
Objective To investigate the food consumption of new resources and food, and to study its social and cultural factors. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 776 consumers, 6 field research of Beijing new resource food manufacturers and experts interviewed by Ministry of Health of new resource food experts. The collected data were statistically analyzed by using Excel, SPSS17.0 professional statistical software. The results affect the new resources of food edible people, edible consumption of the socio-cultural factors such as consumers own factors, manufacturers factors, government policy factors, media-oriented. Conclusions The current problems and solutions in the development of new resources and food are put forward to promote the healthy and stable development of new resources and food.
