随着科研、教学事业的发展,紫外分光光度计,日益广泛地被应用在科研、教学、医院、工厂等各个部门。近些年来,各单位进口了不少紫外分光光度计,为了严格把好验收关,正确掌握紫外分光光度计技术指标的测定方法,是很重要的。 一、基线平直度的测定 测定条件:Abs范围:-0.005- +0.005 Abs 光谱宽度:2nm 扫描速度:慢速 测定方法:用纸片插入样品池,挡住样 品光束,在全波长范围内记 录Abs零线。实测指标应优于 出厂基线平直度指标为佳。 基线平直度可以判断该台仪器的分光系统内二路光束平衡的优劣。
