8月10日、11日,京粮集团工会利用两天时间分四组对20家单位开展了班组基础工作规范化验收。在去年试点的基础上,今年各单位上报试点班组98个,截至目前95个班组通过验收,通过率为96.94%。全系统班组基础工作规范化推广率达到年初制定的50%的目标。在今年的工作计划中,集团工会把班组基础工作规范化建设的推广复制作为工作重点,提出在总结去年好的经验做法的基础上,要做到规定动作不走样,自选动作有特色,质量不降低,效果更突显。各单位按照集团工会年初下发的《班组建设任务分解表》,积极开展工作,克服了基层单位业态广、班组多、分布散、任务重等难
