人类免疫缺陷病毒1型(HIV-1,以下简称HIV)感染过程中会造成包括B细胞在内的广泛而重度的免疫功能缺损,最终造成严重的淋巴细胞功能耗竭,使二次感染和机会性感染的易感性增加。更好地了解HIV感染过程中B细胞异常的致病机制,将能为提高HIV患者抗体应答,控制机会性感染提供更好的策略。现对近年来HIV感染过程中B细胞功能缺陷及其病理机制的研究进展作一介绍。
